I just wanted to catch up with you and say thanks for the coaching and support you gave us. I have been following the process to the best of my ability since and have found it invaluable, in fact after two weeks I arranged ten interviews in a week and then consistently have been booking first interviews in. Simply by following these methods I have now got two candidates being made offers, three more at final interview and more at first and second. The training has certainly made a difference to how I do things and my confidence is on the up.
